These terms apply to your use of the J.C Property Maintenance and Roofing website and to any roofing or property maintenance works we undertake for you.

Quotations

All quotes we provide are free and without obligation on either side until work is formally agreed. Because roof conditions can only be fully assessed on inspection, a quote may be revised if the condition found on site differs materially from what was described to us.

Work and guarantees

We are fully insured and we stand behind our workmanship with guarantees on all installations. Many materials also come with manufacturer warranties. We will explain all warranty details before starting any work.

Website content

The content of this website — text, photographs of our projects, and branding — belongs to J.C Property Maintenance and Roofing and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Photographs on this site show work carried out by us.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute advice about your particular roof. Nothing on this website limits our statutory obligations to you as a customer.
